Crack Monitoring Kit
Conveniently packed in a branded backpack, this set contains all the products needed to set up a Tell-Tale crack monitoring system. It also includes an illustrated manual with full instructions for use.
The kit contains:
- 1x Instruction Booklet
- 1x AW11 – Crack Width Gauge
- 5x TP11 – Plus Tell-Tales
- 1x TC21 – Pair Corner Tell-Tales
- 7x AF11 – Packs of Fixing Screws
- 1x AE14 – Pack of Araldite® two part epoxy
- Crack Monitoring Record Sheets to record changes in crack width.
The kit can be replenished by re-ordering any of the components listed above, which are also available as separate items.
1.Initial Measurement
Use the AW11 Crack Width Gauge to measure and record crack width before monitoring.
2. Monitoring Cracks in Flat Walls
Use TP11 Plus Tell-Tales to monitor horizontal and vertical movement across cracks on flat surfaces.
3. Monitoring in Corners
Use TC21 Corner Tell-Tales to monitor cracks in corners or between floor and wall or ceiling and wall.
