Humboldt Steel Tamping Rod for slump test (Graduated)
Supports the following standards:
ASTM C143, ASTM C192, AASHTO T119, BS 1881, AS 1012.3.1
Humboldt Tamping Rod (Graduated), Plated Steel, ideal for slump test. Compliance with AS 1012.3.1 and ASTM C143.
One end is rounded to a hemispherical tip. Engraved with a 6″ scale on the handle in 0.25″ increments, for measuring the slump.
Dimensions: 0.625″ (16mm) dia. x 24″ (610mm) long.
When used with an H-3636 base plate, raise the handle over the specimen and measure the distance from the handle to the specimen.
Suitable for use with slump cone models H-3640 and H-3640M.
