Humboldt Grout Flow Cone Cast-aluminium, ASTM, with 0.5″ (13mm) Orifice

This cone is used to determine the time of efflux of a specified amount of fluid hydraulic cement grout by allowing it to flow through a standardised orifice. It can be used with preplaced aggregate (PA) but can also be used for other fluid grouts. The test method described in ASTM C939 determines the flowability by measuring the time of discharge of a 1.725L sample of grout as it is passed through a 0.5″ (12.7mm) orifice at the bottom of the cone.
The Humboldt’s H-2834 Cone complies with ASTM C939, is comprised of a Cast-aluminium cone with a top ID of 7″ (178mm) and an orifice at the bottom of 0.5″ (12.7mm).
Overall dimensions: 8″ dia. x 12″H (203 x 305mm).
