Humboldt Steel Tamping Rod for Slump Test
Supports the following standards:
ASTM C143, ASTM C192, AASHTO T119, BS 1881, AS 1012.3.1
Humboldt Tamping Rod, Plated Steel, ideal for slump test. Complies with AS 1012.3.1 and ASTM C143.
Round, straight steel rod for use with concrete cylinder moulds, slump cones and unit weight measures.
Features:
- Both ends are rounded to a hemispherical tip.
- Plated for rust resistance.
- Dimensions: 0.625″ (16mm) dia. x 24″ (610mm) long.
When used with an H-3636 base plate, raise the handle over the specimen and measure the distance from the handle to the specimen.
Suitable for use with slump cone models H-3640 and H-3640M.
